Nigel,
Just wished to send a big thank you to you and your guys at Ocean Magic. First off, the Crunchie Fish you did for me is awesome. The custom spray is phenomenal and I just can't stop myself staring at the board. As for performance; it's a like a greasy egg flipped off a Teflon frying pan. So fast it ridiculous! Secondly, the patch up job you did on my battered B52 is good and sound, and a real good price too. Why the hell did I spend all that money on fillers, sandpaper and paint only to botch it myself :)
Thanks again and hopefully see you all for the next board, of which there are some tasty models on your website I see!

9’4’’ x 21’’ x 3 1/16’’ Great orange tint trouble with this boards is you do not have any reason not to go in the water.
Nice looking B-52 resin tint all over with a black pin line someone will be happy this Christmas

Ian Chapman picked up his new board today and was so stoked. Here at the Foam asylym we are so stoked to have the endoresment of Malcom Campbell to let us make his boards for him in the UK
This guy knows how boards should be made and does not let many people work on there boards. Thanks Malcom.
Tom Good has been away for a few weeks on training camps based down in Portugal & polzeath missing a couple off contests, but got straight back down to work over the weekend.
Tom secured another solid result placing 2nd at the last stop of the UK Pro surf tour. The Animal decider was held in the shelter of Newquay's bay in solid November surf as the biggest storm of the year passed through.
Tom has successfully made the final of all pro tours entered over the past two seasons, under 16 division & has finished the year ranked number 3 in the UK.
Well done Tom from all at NS Boards you had a great year and you represented us really well keep up the good work cheers mate.
Big-up to Nigel who has just been awarded the “Best All Round Shaper” award in the Carve magazine Shapers Poll for UK/Ireland.
“Britain’s best all round shaper (Nigel Semmens) has played an integral part of this country's surfing history from British Champion and aspiring young pro, and is now a stalwart of the British surfing industry. He was a runaway winner in this category and it was quite remarkable how many of the other shapers he had helped along in his career.
Nigel also scored second in Best Performance Board and Best Fish… we reckon he was done!
Nigel and crew,
I would just like to thank you guys for my Apache 6'3" 19". I had an excellent surf at Watergate on sat and couldn't believe the difference it made for my surfing. I didn't think I was going get on with it that well with it!! It looks awesome and goes like a like a bomb! I will definitely be getting my next board from you guys.
Cheers,
Tobias Savage.
Jannick testing out his new Boards from NS. Looks pretty happy to me. Jannick is the Dutch surf champion and we are looking forward to working with him in the future and getting his boards really wired for him.
7’0’’ x 22’’ x 2 7/8’’ This board will glide all day long and be great fun to ride. What great pin line work.
These are the new fixed fins in Bamboo. These fins are very light and have great flex patterns. We will see how Mr Boydell likes them on his new board.
The great Steve Winter is back riding a NS Board again the board is 6’0’’ x 18 1/4’’ x 2 1/4’’ single to double concave. Will be competing again so look out.
New board 6’0’’ x 21’’ x 3’’ Crunchie Fish check the great resin tint by Jason and really nice pin line work by Jack.
Custom order just been sent out for Tom Potter the board is a 6’7’’ x 19’’ x 2 3/8’’ Travel Board Hope he gets some great waves on it.
NS and Malcolm taking a rest after Malcolms week in the factory working hard putting out some great shapes.
15 year old NS team rider Tom Good placed 2nd in the under 16's at the 2 star UK Pro surf tour Oakley/ Globe XPY event held at Newquay's Fistral beach.
This makes a record of thirteen pro tour under 16 finals over the past three seasons! & this solid 2 star result bags Tom 1350 points towards his 2009 rankings keeping him closely in the top three as the tour pushes towards the last events.
Thanks to all at NS for a solid quiver of boards, & especially Nigel for all your time & expertise.
